How It Works
Throughout each course you'll get one new carefully-designed strength training workout each week for 6 weeks.
They are specifically designed to work alongside your Rider Pilates sessions - to complement them.
Achievable 25-30 minute sessions.
Every single move has been specifically chosen and designed to build and support muscle mass while also developing the symmetry, range of movement, strength and suppleness we need as riders.
At the end of each course there are at least two catch-up weeks - so you don't need to worry about holidays or life getting in the way.
Each session of each course stays up after it's been released, all the way through to the very end of your THIRD course. So you can go back and catch up, or revisit and repeat earlier sessions as often as you like throughout the whole six months.

Just one payment of £58 GBP (British Pounds) gets you
six whole months
of Rider Specific Strength Training!
It doesn't matter what your home currency is, the checkout will do the conversion for you in the background using your card's current exchange rate.
What Happens Next?
After you purchase, you're all set. The first session in your new Strength Training course will appear in your membership site on Monday 2nd June.
