Me? I wanted to be a rider who HELPS horses by riding them 

I wanted to be symmetrical, to get longer legs(!), to have the body and skills to help my horse become straighter, more supple and beautifully balanced - without all the twisting and holding and pushing that coaches seemed to need me to do to 'make it happen'.

I wanted to be the kind of rider who HELPS horses by riding them, not to be something they needed to carry, knowing my asymmetry was making things harder for them and ultimately affecting THEIR bodies. 

I also love to train and compete

And yes, I wanted even better results - and to be able to ride and train all the fancy stuff!

Thankfully, all of those 'wants' have the same solution! 

I remember course member Gaynor being so proud, posting a video in our members' group of her first showjumping round after YEARS of not feeling confident or balanced enough, to leave the ground... Now she can't believe it, but she's going into her second full year of eventing. I help thousands of riders all over the world transform their riding, with a unique programme of exercises which target exactly what you need in the saddle. I call it Rider Pilates but really it is SO much more!

I joined Rider Pilates Club a couple of years ago now and have found it a game changer!
