Here's what to do now:
✓ Use the big pink button below ⬇️ to add the Challenge to your calendar now. The videos are only up during the Challenge itself so you definitely don't want to miss it!
✓ Find the confirmation email from me (probably in your junk folder or on the Promotions tab if you use Gmail). Click any 'Not Spam' button on it if there is one, and move the email to your primary inbox. (If easier, add [email protected] to your email safe senders.)
✓ If you haven't yet, come and join the Rider Pilates Club Facebook group (click here to go there now!). You don't NEED Facebook to take part but I'll be in there with extra tips and advice for you throughout the Challenge too.
✓ Watch your emails like a hawk from now on, because I'll email you first as soon as I confirm the date for the next free Challenge!
