How it works:
➔ All videos and audios are accessible when you log into the Rider Pilates Club membership site, just the same as with your Rider Pilates courses.
➔ Phase One runs from Monday 1st December with new weekly content for six weeks.
➔ After Phase One we have the 'Catch Your Breath' weeks - to catch up if needed and to consolidate the exercises into your normal routines
➔ Phase Two runs from Monday 2nd February with new weekly content for six weeks
➔ At the end of Phase Two we have three more 'Catch Your Breath' weeks - time to catch up, consolidate and download any audios that you'd like to keep forever, before the course closes.
