Hi, I'm Jess,

I'm a fully qualified fitness instructor, equestrian-specialist personal trainer, Pilates teacher, and Intrinsic Biomechanics coach, as well as a Level 5 Certified Nutritionist (Advanced Nutrition Science) and Functional Breathwork Instructor. And a lifelong rider too! Yep, I've got all your bases covered in one place!

I help riders all over the world transform their riding with online programmes which target exactly what you need in the saddle (way beyond 'just' Pilates!)

There is so much noise out there about exactly what exercise we "should" be doing for maximum benefits and best possible health. But some of it actually conflicts with what your body needs for great riding. The advice can be bewildering, especially for anyone over about 30, especially for women, and ESPECIALLY for anyone approaching or beyond menopause. (And if you did try to do everything that's recommended, you'd need eight days in the week and more time in the gym than on your horse, right?)

As I'm qualified in all exercise methods right across the board, and because everything I do is about supporting busy riders who want more saddle time than workout time (me too!), I can give you the honest truth completely straight.

What you need to know, what advice you can (or even should) ignore, and how to spend the specific time and energy that you as an individual have available, to get the absolute best results. Results to make big improvement in your riding, and also for your health, your muscle mass, and your longevity.

So join the free "Riders Fitness Guide" email series now and feel totally confident you're investing the time and effort you have for this in 2026 in exactly the right place!
