Hi, I'm Jess, 

I'm a fully qualified fitness instructor, equestrian-specialist personal trainer, Pilates teacher, and Intrinsic Biomechanics coach, as well as a Level 5 Certified Nutritionist (Advanced Nutrition Science) and Functional Breathwork Instructor. And a lifelong rider too! Yep, I've got all your bases covered in one place!

There is so much noise out there about exactly what exercise we "should" be doing for maximum benefits and best possible health.
