Do you need a new Rider Pilates 3-for-2 now too?
The Strength Training Add On is exactly that - an Add-On for ALONGSIDE a Rider Pilates course. It is not a complete rider programme in itself, it's an optional extra to go 'with' your Rider Pilates.
How do you know whether you need a new Rider Pilates course now too?
If you just had your first course after joining with the December offer for Course 1: Get Going with Rider Pilates, it's time to renew for courses for Monday 2nd Feb onwards!
If you joined on a previous 3-for-2, here's how to check:
Log into the site, then use the little arrow top left if needed to go 'home' to your 'library' where you can see all of your current courses.
If your earliest course there is labelled 'August-September', then it's time to get a new Rider Pilates 3-for-2 now, so that you will have courses from Monday 2nd February onwards.
