Strength Training 3-for-2

  • Already have your Rider Pilates course for Monday 2nd February onwards (either you've just joined a new Rider Pilates 3-for-2 now or you still have courses to come in an existing Rider Pilates 3-for-2).

  • Don't forget, the first session in both Beginners/Returners and Intermediate are in the Choose Your Weapon tab in your course library so that you can see the options before you choose!

PayPal not gone through? 

All the other methods tend to be very reliable if you can use another option? Otherwise please try manually typing the joining page into a fresh browser window (rather than clicking one of the links to get there) eg physically type www.riderpilatesclub.com/choose-your-courses into the address bar and go from there. For some reason this usually fixes the glitch if it happens! If by any accident you end up with two purchases going through just let me know, I can easily refund the duplicate one for you. How to check if you need a new Rider Pilates 3-for-2 

If you're not sure whether you need a new Rider Pilates course block now, here's how to tell.
  1. Go to the front page of your course library. (Use the 'Course Library' link at the top of this page, or go to www.riderpilatesclub.com/library or log into the app.)

  2. If necessary, use the little arrow in the top left corner to click 'home' to your 'library'.  

  3. If you have three numbered courses there with the earliest dated 'June-July' then it's time for a new Rider Pilates 3-for-2 for December onwards! 

  4. But if you only have one or two numbered Rider Pilates courses there, with the earliest being dated 'August / September' or 'October / November' then you still have a Rider Pilates course (or two) to come in your current 3-for-2. So for now, you only need to add in Ride and Breathe or Strength Training now if you would like to!

How do you know if you need a new Strength Training 3-for-2

  • Go to the front page of your course library. (Go to www.riderpilatesclub.com/library or log into the membership site and use the 'Library' link at the top of the page, or log into the app and if necessary use the little arrows in the top left corner to click back to your library front page.) 

  • Look at your Strength Training tab there.  

  • If you have the 'Aug 25 to Jan 26' courses then it's time for a new block of three courses. 

  • How to choose your new Strength Training block: Either go up a level or repeat a previous level to suit you. You are ALWAYS in control of the weight / resistance that you use, at all levels. As we move up we use some more complex movements and move a bit quicker / take less rest.  Or you can of course choose to repeat your current level and you can increase the challenge by increasing your resistance / weight used. The courses as listed above are in order as you scroll down, but if you want to be sure: If you'd like to move up then if you did Beginners / Returners, it's time to move up to Intermediate. If you just did Intermediate move up to Advanced. If you just did Advanced move up to Advanced Plus. If you just did Advanced Plus move up to Boss Level. If you just did Boss Level move up to GODDESS Level. And if you just did Goddess level, move up to Pro Level. Whoop whoop!
